A bit late I realise but we are now ready for Santa in 2006 - the Dingle chimneys have been swept (well 4 done and 6 to go!) and happily Santa and his reindeer and all his little helpers can easily get down ours now! The sweep told us that there was antique soot up them - 200-year old by all account.
Unless, of course this is an elaborate con and the photo is my escape tunnel for when Joanne has "just one more little job" to be done?
